The beach bungalows |

We took a bike
tour of Bora Bora. We went around the island. The first half took 30
minutes, the last half took over an hour |

Little boat, big smile |
 |
Our bungalow was different
than in Moorea. Nicer in a lot of ways, but the swimming was deeper, so a bit scarier. |
|
 |
K helping a guy make "poison crew," which
is corrupted French for "raw fish." Yum! |

M on the way to the island
from the airport, which is on its own island! |

Everyone knew
we were honeymooners. |

|
We rented a tiny motorboat
with a cool Mexican couple. This is a self-portrait. |
|
 |
Sharks!
And we swam with them, too! |

M with the cool Mexicans,
Manuel and Iliana. |

M kissing a
ray. K did not indulge in this experience. |
 |
We had a motu
picque-nicque. They took us on a tour, we swam with sharks and rays, then they
dropped us off on our own private island where a cook made us BBQ! This is the hut on the
island where we ate. ("motu" = "little island") |

She loved the
rays, but they eventually creeped her out. |
